Here's some one line feedbacks we've had on our work in the 2009 calendar year:
"I am very appreciative of the effort that you are putting in
here. Thank you so much."
"You great thing you!! Got my details up on twitter. Thanks. And yes, client is extremely happy, and I will be telling everyone about you. "
"You are my Hero!!"
"Thank you again, very much, for all the assistance that you are providing."
"Looking really good!"

Dear Steve,
A quick piece of feedback for you. I have been very impressed in
our recent dealings concering the creation of my website and our larger
business project. I expected excellent design skills in the layout but
was pleasantly surprised at the level of efficiency, professional
management of the process and the number proactive suggestions on how I
might improve what I started with. Your work is thorough, you are
fastidious in your application and most importantly, reliable. Value
adding as you do is rare in many industries, mine especially. You and
those future clients you will engage with should know this.

I had three days in Perth at a mining company with their Safety Team, teaching them
Business Analysis and Process Improvement skills, and then mentoring
them as a team.
We worked through team mission, engagement model,
operational/incident and safety improvement processes and project
management.
It was a pleasure working with these motivated and
intelligent individuals, and they seem to have enjoyed it too!

Six months ago I had a great idea for an e-commerce web site that would
hopefully make me a few bucks. I asked around for who in Brisbane could
do a good, reliable job, keeping things economical. (I am not a big
risk taker and do not have a deep bank account!!)
I went to one of
the leading e-commerce web developers and had a good chat talking bout
my concept. His quote of approximately $100,000 floored me.
After
spending two months thinking I was out of my depth, a friend mentioned
a company Barnes-Open who were doing a lot of work with a CMS called
Joomla.
Two months later I have a working web site roomspare4sportfans.com with others on the way, all for under $10,000.
Now
that is great value for money. Not only did Barnes-Open develop the
site so professionally, but they showed significant patience and
support as they coached me through this development journey.

As a teacher by profession, I have really enjoyed the learning that I have undertaken as I have explored joomla.org and the growing information that revolves around it.
I
don’t know yet if my concept is going to make me rich, but I have to
thank all those people out there who have given of their time to
develop Joomla and of course Barnes-Open for helping to make it happen.
If you guys at Joomla have any time spare, have a look at my site and
let me know what you think.
Cheers
Ken
